Delivery

As each piece is individually made and hand painted, it will take 3-4 weeks for the creation process of your order (painting, glazing and firing).  Orders will be commenced once payment has been accepted.

Please contact me if you need to discuss an urgent delivery - extra charges for firing may apply.  I will always do my best to accommodate urgent orders for you.

Postage Rates will vary from $ 11.20 depending on the weight of the items

All orders are sent by Australia Post and it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.  Depending on where you live orders may take up to 2-7 days for delivery.

All orders are safely packaged in specialised boxes, however we are not held responsible if an item has been lost or damaged in transit, unless the purchaser has requested the order to be sent with additional Insurance ($100 insurance is included in the postage). Whilst we can guarantee despatch of your order, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery once lodged with Australia Post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Kew Ceramics if an order does not arrive within 14 days of posting. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
